How long does shipping take for electric scooters?
Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days. Shipping usually takes 3-7 business days depending on your location, with tracking information provided via email once the package departs our warehouse.
What is the warranty policy on iSinwheel products?
We offer a 12-month limited warranty on main components including the motor and battery, and a 6-month warranty on other parts. This covers manufacturing defects but does not include wear and tear or accidental damage.
Can I return my scooter if I change my mind?
Yes, we offer a 30-day return policy. The item must be in its original packaging, unused, and in the same condition that you received it to qualify for a full refund.
Are iSinwheel electric scooters waterproof?
Most of our scooters have an IP54 water-resistance rating, meaning they are protected against light rain and splashes. However, we do not recommend riding in heavy rain or submerging the scooter in water.
