Return Process

  Contact our support team via email with your order number and the reason for your return to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack the product in its original packaging, ensuring all manuals, chargers, and accessories are included to qualify for a full refund.

  Ship the Item

  Affix the provided shipping label to the box and drop it off at the designated carrier location; please retain your tracking receipt for verification.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our warehouse receives and inspects the condition of the returned unit, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
